I so appreciate my weekends...

Ok so even though it is going to be a full weekend, I am so thankful my weekend has officially started. Tonight will begin with a date night with my sweet husband...I live for Thursday nights!!! Tomorrow is going to be a full but fun day also. Not only do I get to sleep late and take my baby sister her birthday lunch at school, but I get to go play with the most precious little girls in the world (ie. Reagan and Gracen DeVaughn). I love these two girls, and I am so looking forward to spending some time with them. Saturday is kind of laid back, but we will probably do something with my sister since it is her birthday on Sunday. Speaking of which, I will probably not blog until Monday, so this is going to be my birthday shoutout to the best sister in the world.

Sixteen years ago my mamma and daddy told me there was a baby coming, from that moment I knew I would have a sister, not because that is what I wanted, but because that is what I prayed for. 9 months later my prayers were answered in the form of the most precious baby sister in the world. I remember my Aunt Dianne picking me up from school that day and taking me to meet her, I don't really remember much about that day except I loved her from the moment I saw her. To this day I love her more than words can say. Sure we still fight, and we have our disagreements but no matter what we love each other and we always have each other's backs. When one of us hurts the other one hurts, when one of us triumphs it is a win for both. Much can be said for the bond between sisters, but no words can truly describe how special that bond is. So having said all that Happy Birthday Michaela, you are an amazing sister and I love you more than you will ever know!!!!
