If there is one thing I have learned about being in the Hunt family it is that they love riding dirt bikes. This isn’t just something you do willy nilly, it is a way of life. Before Drew came along names like Stewart, Villapoto, and Reed meant nothing to me. Now I know these guys are some of the top motocross riders in the world. If you had asked me the difference in a 250 and a 450 I would have said one has a higher number. These are just a few of the many, many things that I never would have known about had Drew not come into my life.
That being said this weekend Drew, Randall and I loaded up and headed to Billingsley for a race at Tree Farm. Drew doesn’t get the opportunity to race often because most of the races are on Sundays. This weekend we gave into our heathen nature and went to the race. That being said, I was very impressed that before the race a man I only know as “the preacher” got up and shared the gospel and then said a prayer. It was only about 10 minutes, but that 10 minutes might resonate with someone.
Here are a few pictures from the race…

AND THE WINNER OF OPEN B CLASS IS…….
DREW HUNT!!!!
I am so proud of Drew for winning this race for a number of reasons. A) He got a late start. B) This was his first race in quite a while, and C) This was his first race riding a 450. I guess the 450 might be his thing. If you want to see his lovely plaque/trophy it is displayed on our piano…that is until the next race when he wins an even bigger trophy. Good Job Drew! I love being married to a winner! ;)
