Today I had a really random epiphany. PUBLIC RESTROOMS ARE WEIRD!!! I mean think about it you go into a room WITH OTHER PEOPLE get half naked and then take part in a very private moment. This is not to say that I won't be using public restrooms anymore, but it is just a thought I had. Also why are there only half walls? Is this for people who are clausterphobic? I feel like it would make me much more comfortable if the walls went all the way up and all the way down. This added "wallage" would add more privacy and make it less weird. I am amazed that it has taken me 22 years to realize how odd this practice is. Is is necessary? A resounding YES, but it is still strange that we have huge rooms dedicated to this "shared experience". Am I the only one who thinks this?
